✨ The Brilliance Report - Issue No. 3
Hi friend,
Sometimes in helps to remember that even small progress is progress.
🏡 My Week-in-Review:
This past week was supposed to be full of big progress on my business. I planned on 3 uninterrupted days of work, which doesn’t usually happen. Instead, it was big progress on house and life projects with little tiny steps to make forward momentum on my business.
Well, because life happens - like needing a new roof on the house - including all the boards and shingles! Definitely wasn’t a planned expense. I don’t recommend trying to work while a roof is being put on! Concentrating with the noise - as it sounded like the roof was being ripped off (which it was) and all the subsequent putting together noise - saws, drills, pounding, not to mention vent fans and light fixtures coming loose and literally hanging by a wire - did not help on the creative business front.
The unexpected notice from yahoo email that storage limits are changing on what originally was an unlimited plan did not help me get work done on the business front either. I’m now over the storage limit. Let’s just say I’ve had this email forever and deleting emails were low priority. I only purged emails randomly when I thought of it. Can you say mass deleting of tons of emails! Still working on that before the deadline. I do not want to pay for more storage!
So although it’s been a challenging week, here are some thoughts for you:
💡 You don’t need a giant leap to make progress in your business, your creative projects, or your personal goals. Small, consistent actions are the real game-changers where the tiny doable actions add up fast:
🌸 Write one thought or verse in your journal.
🌸 Sketch or brainstorm for just 5 minutes or spend 10 minutes moving a project forward.
🌸 Do one tiny task that will make Future You smile or make tomorrow easier.
Whether you’re designing a product, planning a launch, or creating just for fun — tiny steps keep your momentum alive.
